Reselling, sublicensing, distributing, copying, or making the template publicly available is strictly prohibited.

As-Is Basis: All digital products (including Google Sheets templates) are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
No Accuracy Guarantee: Adaptive Sheets LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of calculations or outputs generated by the templates. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify all data inputs, formula use, and outputs. Adaptive Sheets LLC shall not be held liable for any errors in calculations or financial outcomes resulting from the use of the templates.
No Suitability Guarantee: We do not warrant that the templates are suitable for your specific business needs or requirements. It is the user's responsibility to determine suitability.
Dependence on Google Sheets: Our templates are designed to operate on the Google Sheets platform. Adaptive Sheets LLC has no control over the availability, functionality, updates, or potential discontinuation of Google Sheets services. We are not responsible for any template incompatibility or loss of functionality resulting from changes to Google Sheets.
7. User Responsibility (Digital Products)
You are solely responsible for using the digital products correctly, entering accurate data, independently verifying results, and assuming all consequences of modifications made to formulas or template structures. Adaptive Sheets LLC is not responsible for any damages arising from misuse or reliance on unverified results.
8. User Content (Comments, Reviews, etc.)
Visitors may post content provided it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing on intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious to third parties. Content must not contain software viruses, political campaigns, or commercial solicitations. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.
By posting content, you grant Adaptive Sheets LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content worldwide in any media.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the website or digital products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to our website or your purchase/download of digital products shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of Wyoming, United States.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adaptive Sheets LLC, its owners, managers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of or inability to use the website or digital products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adaptive Sheets LLC’s total liability for any claims under these Terms of Service or related to your use of the website/products shall not exceed the amount you paid to Adaptive Sheets LLC for the specific product within the six (6) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
13. Changes to Terms
Adaptive Sheets LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting them on the website. Your continued use of the website or products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Adaptive Sheets LLC regarding the use of our website and digital products.
